PS

PS,

How weird is it that after losing 45 lbs, I finally have a doctor tell me that I'm overweight and it isn't good for me? I actually thanked him for being honest. Seriously, I was almost 50 lbs heavier and my old, as in former, as in won't go back, doctor never once said, honey, you're doing your body wrong. Live better or die.

I probably would have cried 50 lbs ago if a doctor would have made the comment, but geesh, it would have been true. It still is, only now I know it and I'm working on it...

here's hoping you rolled your eyes.

literally AND figuratively.

I do think that the dr said it because he thinks you can TOTALLY lose the weight...but me? Id still eyeroll.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. So may I ask why you are going to start the Topomax? Actually, I haven't had the other side effects from it that some people complain about. I have been struggling with my weight for 9 months being the same and dr upped my thyroid meds again to try to get in right range and gave me the Topomax for my migraines and the weight is starting to come off. I started it about 3 weeks ago. The issues that I am experiencing right now I think is a combination of a bunch of stress in my life right now probably exaggerated a bit by the meds but you know what if it is giving me an edge on the weight loss, I will take it!!! :)

It's funny that you mentioned flat soda. I never thought about it but lately I have been feeling soda is flat. I will have to pay closer attention. I just thought the soda was flat. I don't drink nearly as much as I used to anyway. I tend to drink more green tea than anything.

Oh man, thank you Dr. for stating the obvious.

As Miz said, Insert SERIOUS Eye Rollage here.

Isn't it ever so gratifying though to say " Well had you known me 45 lbs ago you'd be impressed with where I am now"?
