Still eating badly

So, we had Applebee's for a work lunch today. I HATE their WW menu and refuse to order off of it. The thought is good, but the food is NOT appealing to me in any way. SO, I of course ordered what I wanted. Nachos. REALLY? Nachos. For goodness sakes. And now I'm eating about 250 calories worth of sugar. I know I'm doing this. I AM MAKING POOR CHOICES. This isn't about willpower, it is about choices. I really need an on-track day to remind me that it isn't a bad thing...cripes.

You are so right. I am having the same struggles now - want to have my cake and eat it too - I want to eat off plan and then be surprised at why I didn't lose weight. You are completely capable of making the right choices and feeling good about it - I am sending you white light with strength to you!

Oh LAWDY!! I feel your pain! I downed a chocolate chip frappacino last night (with whip cream of course)... WTH!

The whole time I was drinking it, I was like 'why am i doing this... i don't really want this..." But did I stop??? Absolutely not!

BLAH!!!! Well, at least we're not alone! LOL

I also hate Applebees' WW menu. I've never seen such pathetic, grey food. Yuck! Hope today's going better!

Just stop wherever you are and make the choice...just for eat on track! If you need to break it down to one meal at a time, do it! You have the power, just make the choice!

never tried their WW menu personally its been at least 10 yrs since i've been there. but i feel your pain and i know we can do this girl
