Hooray it is Friday! I'm so excited. I need this weekend desperately. I have a lot of energy today because I got all gym time in this a.m. I went early for cardio (30 minutes on the bike), met my personal trainer at 7, and now I get to go home and relax this evening.
I wanted to share the Lo Mein recipe I promised because it truly is delicious. It isn't mine. It is completely out of the Kraft Food and Family Magazine...

The nutritional stats are on there. I use wheat pasta and fresh veggies, plus I add more veggies, but you can do as you would like.
Last night I went to water aerobics and had a blast, and I think next week I'll post pictures of my swimming lessons. Still working those baby steps to make it to a beach for surfing. I looked up some surfing schools in Cocoa Beach and St. Augustine this week. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them! Have a great weekend, and I'll see you all on Monday.

I love the title of your blog! I, too, have always wanted to go surfing, but I don't think I've been able to fit into a rash guard since before puberty! Running is the new thing that I'm working on, but I'm hopeful that I can eventually incorporate swimming into my workout so I can finish a triathlon, and try my hand at surfing. :) Keep writing and good luck chica!
